About the Role

Join our Localization Quality Assurance team as an LQA Game Tester (Dutch) remote professional. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of gaming experiences by identifying and correcting translation errors, spelling mistakes, and ambiguities. You will also check the game’s tone and style, audio, text, and cultural correctness, contributing to the overall quality of our titles.

What You'll Do

• Find and correct translation errors, spelling mistakes, and ambiguities in games.
• Check the game’s tone and style, audio, text, and cultural correctness.
• Create detailed reports in Excel and Jira to document your findings.
• Submit quality improvement suggestions based on your observations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a high standard of quality across all projects.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (C2 level) or native speaker.
• Proficient in English (C1 level) for internal communication and reporting.
• Excellent knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation in your language.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
• Great communication skills to express yourself clearly and precisely.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under time pressure.

Nice to Have

• A passion for gaming and curiosity about new titles.
• Experience in game testing, translation, or linguistic game testing.
• Familiarity with platforms like Sony (PS4/PS5), Microsoft (PC, Xbox One/XSX/XSS), Nintendo (Switch), and Apple (iOS).
