Junior Account Manager - Influencer Marketing (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Account Manager - Influencer Marketing to join our dynamic team at Influencer. As a Junior Account Manager - Influencer Marketing remote position, you will work closely with high-profile clients and social platforms, helping to shape the future of marketing by humanizing brands.

What You'll Do

• Support the day-to-day management of creator and branded content campaigns, focusing on key social platforms.
• Review creator content to ensure it meets campaign briefing requirements and expectations.
• Develop expert knowledge of the creator community and build relationships with creators and talent management agencies.
• Conduct strategic creator research, vetting, sourcing, and outreach to ensure relevancy and diversity.
• Oversee and manage campaigns via our platform, Waves, including brief and content uploads and creator payments.
• Ensure all campaigns are set up correctly across platforms like TikTok Creator Marketplace and Monday.com.
• Support Account Managers with daily campaign statuses and updates.
• Work on end-of-campaign reports alongside Account Managers to exceed client expectations.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English.
• A passion for creators and familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Snap.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High energy and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proven team player with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle day-to-day tasks.

Nice to Have

• Experience in influencer marketing or related fields.
• Knowledge of social media trends and analytics.
• Previous experience in client-facing roles.
