About the Role

As a Junior Account Executive (JAE), you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and helping us achieve our ambitious growth targets. What You'll Do

• Manage inbound leads by responding to inquiries and qualifying prospects based on their needs.
• Create interest in Pressable’s WordPress hosting solutions through engaging discovery calls, emails, and chats.
• Schedule meetings for senior sales team members to further engage qualified leads.
• Educate prospects about Pressable’s features and benefits, ensuring they understand the value of our solutions.
• Track interactions with prospects and manage lead data in our CRM to ensure accurate information and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the senior sales team to ensure smooth handoffs for qualified leads and help drive deals forward.
• Stay up to date with Pressable’s product offerings and industry trends.
• Utilize AI tools to support prospect research and enhance customer engagement.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with prospects.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for understanding customer needs.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
• A curiosity and desire to learn about the managed WordPress hosting industry.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.

• Strong judgment in reviewing AI-generated outputs for accuracy and alignment with sales goals.
