About the Role

You will play a key role in deploying computing hardware and providing deskside support, ensuring that our technological infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Implement and support IT hardware deployments and network infrastructure systems.
• Provide deskside support to end users, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed.
• Deploy and support Unified Communication endpoints.
• Install and support standard applications, including MS Office and collaboration platforms.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and adhere to corporate IT procedures and security requirements.
• Contribute to planning for proposals, studies, and projects, enhancing our technological efficiency.
• Participate in requirements reviews with functions and other business stakeholders.
• Assist with the development and execution of IT plans associated with key business initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of experience with standard deskside hardware and operating systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of system architectures, network infrastructures, and disaster recovery planning.
• Experience with SNOW IT asset management systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving end-user problems.
• Ability to conduct field inspections and work in various physical environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with project management processes and tools.
• Knowledge of EPC project coordination and execution.
• Familiarity with process design techniques.
