What You'll Do

• Handle customer inquiries through our ticketing system or phone.
• Analyze and resolve errors and issues effectively.
• Set up new devices and users for our clients' employees.
• Support the administration, maintenance, and monitoring of our clients' IT systems.
• Configure typical IT systems (servers, storage, backup, firewall, network) for medium-sized businesses in our region.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with numbers and be computer savvy.
• Be a careful and reliable team player.
• Ability to work independently and goal-oriented.
• High level of motivation and willingness to learn.
