What You'll Do

• Oversee software license maintenance, ensuring accurate records and efficient provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
• Collaborate with various teams, including IT, Legal, and Finance, to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage the license renewal schedule to prevent service disruptions and ensure continuity of access to essential software tools.
• Forecast future license needs in alignment with organizational growth and support budget forecasting efforts.
• Define and implement scalable processes tailored to different license types and requirements, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary technical and operational teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements in software license management.
• Familiarity with SaaS licensing models and IT procurement is a plus.
