IT Helpdesk Engineer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role
We're hiring an IT Helpdesk Engineer to join our dynamic team at Superhuman. This remote IT Helpdesk Engineer role offers you the chance to be the face of IT for our growing Warsaw hub while contributing to global IT operations and collaborating with colleagues across multiple hubs.
What You'll Do
- Provide first-level IT support to team members, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network connectivity problems, and assisting with AV equipment setup and configuration.
- Contribute to the global IT support queue, resolving end-user tickets for Superhuman team members across all hubs and time zones.
- Manage all events and large meetings in the Warsaw hub, maintaining IT and AV assets in the office, including computers, laptops, printers, Zoom Rooms, and other AV equipment.
- Provide, install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software for existing team members and new hires, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences.
- Manage and document IT and support requests, coordinating with vendors and service providers for equipment repairs and maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, A/V equipment management, and/or event coordination.
- Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows.
- Experience with identity and access management platforms (Okta preferred) and MDM solutions (Jamf, WorkspaceOne).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and organized.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with SaaS administration and enterprise tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Atlassian, Slack, etc.).
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of an international team.
