IT Delivery Team Coach - Agile Leadership Role

About the Role

What You'll Do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Encourage full participation from team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Manage risks and issues at the team level, escalating as necessary to the Project Manager and Release Train Engineer.
• Monitor daily progress of team activities and facilitate communication with stakeholders.
• Utilize both Agile and non-Agile methodologies to adapt to project needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Five years of applicable experience in IT delivery and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring teams in Agile practices.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience with bimodal IT environments.
• Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach).
• Previous experience in a leadership role within IT.
