About the Role
We are seeking an ION Trading Tester (Manual Testing) remote to join our dynamic team at T-mapp. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on technology projects within the financial and FinTech sectors, ensuring the quality and stability of ION Trading solutions. As an ION Trading Tester, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our testing processes and contributing to the continuous evolution of our software.
What You'll Do
- Create, maintain, and execute test scenarios aligned with the latest software releases.
- Monitor test execution and resolve issues during the testing process.
- Document test evidence, defects, and anomalies in a clear and structured manner.
- Contribute to the improvement and expansion of the testing framework (keyword library).
- Collaborate with agile teams under the Scrum methodology, using JIRA.
- Actively participate in banking, FinTech, or related industry environments.
Requirements
- More than 2 years of experience in manual testing.
- Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Regular use of JIRA.
- Previous experience in banking, FinTech, or financial environments.
- English level B2 (mandatory).
Nice to Have
- Experience with CI workflows and tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, and Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of testing tools and frameworks: Gherkin, Cucumber, Test Manager, Behave, JUnit, Robot Framework, ITAS.
- Programming skills in Python and/or Java.
- Good command of SQL.
- Experience with databases and data formats such as XML and JSON.
- Ability to analyze and understand logs.
- Previous experience with ION Trading or similar platforms.

Who Will Succeed Here
Proficient in Manual Testing with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience using Jira for tracking and managing test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and issue resolution.
Demonstrates strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly in validating ION Trading solutions, with a proactive mindset to identify potential issues before they escalate.
