About the Role

We are seeking an Internal Engagement & Comms Specialist to join our dynamic team at OBRIO, a product IT company within the Genesis ecosystem. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance internal communications and strengthen team engagement.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies that engage and unite our team.
• Foster professional communities and interest-based groups, identifying drivers and supporting their growth systematically.
• Launch creative and high-quality merchandise for employees, partners, and events.
• Build a cohesive approach where internal initiatives and communications work as a unified system.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with systematic execution.

Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of experience in internal communications, engagement, community building, or employer branding.
• Proven experience in building or developing internal communities and understanding how to maintain their activity sustainably.
• Ability to create a structured approach to internal communications, ensuring they are consistent, relevant, and engaging.
• Experience in creating merchandise and effectively collaborating with contractors from concept to completion.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write clearly and succinctly.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the IT industry.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools.
• Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
