About the Role

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for an Intern - Project Assistant for Immersive Experience Improvement - Remote. This internship focuses on enhancing the immersive experience at Disneyland Paris through the development of narrative guides and training materials. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in shaping the way visitors engage with the attractions.

What You'll Do

• Analyze storytelling guides and create a narrative catalog for Cast Members.
• Develop immersive aspects to fully engage visitors during their experience.
• Create training plans for new employees to ensure they are well-prepared.
• Regularly communicate with operational teams and lead project meetings to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Ensure daily use of Disney-related terminology during visitor interactions to maintain brand consistency.

Requirements

• Master's degree in project management or training.
• Fluent in French (C1) and intermediate English (B2).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with video programs.
• Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
• Autonomous, creative, and enjoys teamwork.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the entertainment or theme park industry.
• Familiarity with immersive experience design.
• Previous internship experience in project management.
