What You'll Do

  • Manage the entire recruiting process, including crafting job postings and reviewing applications.
  • Coordinate interviews and actively shape the onboarding process for new colleagues.
  • Support online marketing efforts by creating engaging posts for various social media channels.
  • Collaborate with different departments through short team meetings to ensure effective communication.
  • Contribute your ideas to enhance HR processes and improve team dynamics.

Requirements

  • Currently studying in business, psychology, social sciences, or a related field, ideally with a focus on HR or personnel management.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people.
  • Self-motivated, structured, and able to maintain an overview in dynamic situations.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to tackle new challenges.
  • Very good German and good English language skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with social media marketing or content creation.
  • Familiarity with HR software or tools.
  • Previous internship experience in HR or a related field.
