About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Production Specialist to join our Plasma Control Technologies division in Aachen. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to innovative high-tech solutions. As a Production Specialist, you will be integral in assembling high-frequency systems that play a crucial role in the production of memory chips and touchscreens for various devices.

What You'll Do

• Assemble and mount high-frequency systems across different frequency and power ranges.
• Perform mechanical assembly of components and devices, including screwing, plugging, and clamping.
• Execute repetitive assembly steps with precision and quality awareness.
• Follow work instructions and undergo structured training for your tasks.
• Support additional production-related activities as needed.

Requirements

• Technical understanding and craftsmanship skills.
• Ideally, some experience in electrical engineering.
• Experience in a manufacturing company is a plus.
• Fluent in German.
• Attention to detail and reliability in work.
• Team player with a willingness to learn.

• Experience with high-frequency technology.
• Knowledge of assembly processes in a production environment.
