Integration Support Agent - Remote in Web3 Payments

About the Role

We’re hiring an Integration Support Agent to join Wert, a pioneering fintech startup revolutionizing payments in the Web3 space. As an Integration Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping our partners integrate Wert smoothly and confidently. What You’ll Do

• Support partners throughout the integration process, from setup to launch, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance from our engineering team, acting as the bridge between partners and our tech experts.
• Identify and suggest improvements to make integrations smoother and faster, enhancing the overall partner experience.
• Represent Wert in partner chats on platforms like Discord, Telegram, and Slack, ensuring partners feel supported and informed throughout the integration journey.
• Maintain and expand our knowledge base and internal documentation to facilitate better support and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to share partner feedback and influence roadmap decisions, ensuring our solutions meet partner needs.

Requirements

• Experience with Web3 or blockchain technologies, including NFTs, smart contracts, and DeFi.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with partners and team members.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset — you enjoy finding better ways to do things.
• Technical aptitude: you’re comfortable learning APIs, testing integrations, and understanding basic code snippets.
• Active presence in Web3 communities (Discord, Twitter, Reddit, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, or SQL.
• Experience in a similar integration or technical support role.
• Additional languages are a plus.
