About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Accounts Receivable Specialist I - Remote to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections for our healthcare services. What You'll Do

  • Process insurance claims and manage accounts receivable for healthcare services.

  • Utilize billing systems and software, including QuickBooks Online and NetSuite, to manage accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and billing practices.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or medical billing.
  • Familiarity with insurance verification and claims processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge of ICD10 coding is a plus.
