As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the territory and coordinating commercial agencies, ensuring the implementation of sales strategies and business development in the HVAC market. What You'll Do

• Manage and develop a network of commercial agencies in the assigned territory.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in commercial roles within the HVAC, plumbing, or related sectors.
• Experience in managing sales networks or commercial agencies.
• Technical or technical-commercial background.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
