About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Information Services Director remote to lead our IT department at Montrose Regional Health. What You'll Do

• Oversee the overall operations of the Information Services department, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Manage a team of IT professionals, including Clinical and Financial Analysts, Hardware and Infrastructure analysts, and project managers.
• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance patient care.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our technology systems, including cybersecurity measures and data management.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to optimize workflows and integrate new technologies.
• Oversee software updates and system interoperability to maintain operational excellence.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Manage procurement processes for IT equipment and services to support organizational needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within IT, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing diverse IT teams.
• Strong knowledge of network technologies, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity practices.
• Experience with software development and data analysis tools.
• Fundamental understanding of system design, documentation procedures, and policy creation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
