Influencer Marketing Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team at Residence Supply. This remote role is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about design culture and influencer marketing. You will play a pivotal role in building our creator network, which is essential for defining the next chapter of our brand.

What You'll Do

• Source hundreds of creators every month across TikTok & Instagram.
• Run outreach at scale using scripts that get replies.
• Track open rates, replies, acceptance rates, and optimize the funnel.
• Coordinate collaborations and manage shipping and deadlines.
• Collect and organize creator content for our marketing and ads team.
• Secure usage rights for whitelisting and paid ad leverage.
• Maintain clean, audit-ready spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Renew and nurture relationships with top-performing creators.
• Build the foundation of a creator program that scales every quarter.

Requirements

• Hyper-organization (spreadsheets are your love language).
• Strong written English for warm, human creator communication.
• Ability to manage dozens of threads without dropping a ball.
• Fast learner with a high-agency mindset.
• Experience in influencer outreach, creator ops, or UGC sourcing is REQUIRED.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and Asana.

Nice to Have

• Experience in DTC brands or home design industries.
• Knowledge of social media trends and analytics.
• Skills in content creation or digital marketing.
