Plaud is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This remote Influencer Marketing Manager role will focus on driving brand awareness and conversions through strategic partnerships with creators across various platforms. As a part of our mission to amplify human intelligence, you will play a crucial role in our global expansion efforts.

What You'll Do

• Identify and qualify creators across tech, business, productivity, healthcare, and professional communities, driving awareness and conversions.
• Conduct outreach via email, DMs, and various platforms to build relationships with influencers.
• Coordinate end-to-end influencer activations, including briefs, product seeding, timelines, and approvals.
• Act as the primary contact for creators, providing guidance on messaging and best practices.
• Track and analyze content performance metrics, optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on messaging and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in influencer or partnerships management, ideally in AI, tech, SaaS, or consumer electronics.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships.
• Data-driven mindset with basic analytics skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
