Influencer Marketing Manager - Remote for US Market

About the Role

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Vilgain. As we expand into the US market, this role is pivotal in building strong relationships with creators and enhancing our brand presence. You will play a crucial role in shaping our influencer marketing strategy and driving engagement across various platforms.

What You'll Do

• Discover and connect with new US-based influencers, athletes, creators, and ambassadors who align with the Vilgain brand.
• Build and manage long-term partnerships with creators, overseeing the process from initial outreach to campaign execution.
• Coordinate product gifting, affiliate collaborations, and paid influencer campaigns to maximize brand exposure.
• Review influencer content to ensure it authentically represents the Vilgain brand values and messaging.
• Track campaign performance and engagement metrics, analyzing results to identify areas for improvement.
• Spot new creators, trends, and opportunities across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams on influencer campaigns, product launches, and activations.
• Help build a strong creator community around Vilgain in the US.

Requirements

• Proven experience in influencer marketing or related fields, ideally within the consumer goods or e-commerce sectors.
• Strong understanding of the US influencer and social media landscape.
• Active presence on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a keen eye for creator trends.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple collaborations simultaneously.
• Creative and curious mindset, always seeking new ideas and opportunities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Experience with analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
