About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager to join TRIGO, a leader in Industrial Quality Assurance. As an Industrial Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes globally, leveraging your expertise in project management and engineering.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage industrial projects, ensuring alignment with TRIGO's strategic objectives.
• Identify improvement opportunities at production sites and develop innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians to implement new technologies and equipment.
• Conduct economic assessments to calculate return on investment for new projects.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and ensure timely reporting.
• Validate new equipment and oversee project milestones to maintain quality, cost, and schedule.
• Engage with operational excellence coordinators to integrate technical solutions across sites.
• Stay updated on technological advancements applicable to our operations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrotechnics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrialization or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in Python development is essential for this role.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Professional English proficiency is required due to frequent international travel.
• Demonstrated autonomy and technical curiosity in your work.
• Recognized for your rigor and teamwork spirit.
• Experience in vision systems, robotics, automation, or special machines is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and calculators.
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes in industrial settings.
• Experience with international project management.
