Greenkeeper/​Groundsman - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Greenkeeper/Groundsman to join our team remotely. If you have a love for grass and green areas and want to help maintain large grasslands, this Greenkeeper/Groundsman remote position could be the perfect fit for you. At DLF, we are dedicated to enriching land, life, and people through seeds and science. With approximately 2,000 employees worldwide, we focus primarily on grass cultivation.

What You'll Do

• Ensure that lawns are treated correctly according to fertilization, spraying, and mowing height plans.
• Operate greenkeeping machinery and hand tools.
• Engage in ongoing landscape work.
• Collaborate with the daily manager, breeders, and professionals.
• Assist with daily operations, adapting to nature's rhythm, which may lead to peak periods requiring extra hands.

Requirements

• Experience in grass areas, such as golf courses, sports facilities, or agriculture.
• Knowledge of grass care and establishment.
• Enjoy physical outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Education as a greenkeeper or equivalent is preferred.
• A spraying certificate is a plus but not required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with sustainable practices in grass and seed solutions.
• Familiarity with advanced greenkeeping techniques.
