About the Role
We are looking for an Independent Real Estate Agent - Remote to join our team at Homeday. As an Independent Real Estate Agent, you will focus on property owners and buyers, managing the entire sales process with a strong emphasis on purchasing, selling, and advising clients.
What You'll Do
- Act as an expert in your local real estate market, providing valuable insights and guidance to clients.
- Manage the complete sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Utilize strong communication skills to adapt to various client needs and preferences.
- Work independently while collaborating with the Homeday team to achieve sales goals.
- Receive and manage 10-12 qualified seller leads per month, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Focus on self-generated leads to maximize your commission potential.
- Maintain a broker's license according to §34c of the Trade Regulation Act.
Requirements
- Strong motivation and ambition to exceed sales goals.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Possession of a broker's license as per local regulations.
