Data Processing Hygiene Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We're hiring a Data Processing Hygiene Specialist - Remote to join our dedicated team at Eternal Word Television Network (EWTN). In this role, you will support our fundraising mission by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of donor data. You'll work in a collaborative environment that values family and work-life balance, allowing you to engage in your faith while contributing to our mission.

What You'll Do

• Review and quality-check daily gift batches into the fundraising CRM database.
• Update and research donor records through assigned tasks and data hygiene projects.
• Conduct ongoing data cleansing to remove duplicates and maintain accurate contact information.
• Document all actions taken within donor records.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and fundraising information.
• Collaborate with team members on additional assigned duties.
• Work with a fundraising CRM environment.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
• Maintain a friendly and cooperative attitude in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in donation processing or data entry.
• Hands-on experience with data hygiene or data cleansing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and other Windows-based tools.
• Strong time management skills.
• Eager to learn new technologies.
• Familiarity with fundraising operations is a plus.
• Understanding of the Catholic faith and EWTN’s mission is ideal.

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations.
• Previous work in a non-profit environment.
