Implementation Project Manager - Remote

About the Role

We're hiring an Implementation Project Manager to join our dynamic team at HiBob. This remote role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of client projects that align with business objectives and customer expectations. As an Implementation Project Manager, you will coordinate resources, manage timelines and budgets, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive high-quality outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Define and manage project scope in alignment with Statements of Work (SOW).
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery across the full lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates and progress reports.
• Track project budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with internal project governance frameworks and maintain delivery standards.
• Conduct lessons learned and retrospectives for project closure.
• Utilize project management tools such as Asana and CRM tools like Salesforce.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in SaaS implementations or customer-facing projects.
• Strong ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to build trust and manage client expectations.
• Financial acumen to understand budgets and resource utilization.
• Proficient in problem-solving and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Tech-savvy with a curiosity for learning new systems and tools.
• Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is desirable.

Nice to Have

• Experience in HR tech.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace.
