Implementation Associate - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Associate to join our team remotely. As an Implementation Associate, you will play a crucial role in onboarding clients and ensuring their successful implementation of our SaaS solutions. This position is perfect for individuals who excel in customer service, data management, and project coordination. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the implementation process.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
• Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support throughout the implementation phase.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve customer satisfaction.
• Utilize no-code platforms to create and manage data workflows efficiently.
• Conduct data validation and ensure accuracy in client data entry.
• Provide training and support to clients on the use of our software solutions.
• Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
• Document client interactions and maintain detailed records of project progress.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in implementation or onboarding.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with data management and workflow automation tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with SaaS platforms is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of banking workflows and financial services.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Background in data analysis or backend engineering.
