Senior Systems Administrator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join our team at Westnet. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to manage and enhance our critical systems and infrastructure. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT environment, which supports our mission to provide innovative technology solutions.

What You'll Do

• Manage users and groups in Active Directory (Azure AD).
• Administer resources and services through the Azure Portal.
• Provide user support in a Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Deliver Help Desk support for technical issues and handle onboarding and offboarding processes for users and equipment.
• Monitor systems and resolve technical issues in collaboration with other IT teams.
• Administer and maintain Azure, SAP S/4HANA, and Tableau infrastructure.
• Monitor Development, Production, and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments.
• Participate in the design and implementation of new Entersoft ERP and Power BI infrastructures.
• Collaborate with the SOC Department to ensure connectivity and enforce cybersecurity policies across all systems.

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of experience in IT Support or System Administration.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and Azure Portal.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Tableau, Entersoft ERP, and Power BI is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, basic networking principles, cybersecurity, and ITIL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide effective end-user support.
• Good command of Greek and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud-based technologies and services.
• Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Azure, ITIL).
• Knowledge of scripting languages for automation.
