Immigration Coordinator - Remote Position at Anthropic

About the Role

We're hiring an Immigration Coordinator to join Anthropic's team. This Immigration Coordinator remote position is crucial for managing and streamlining our immigration processes for current and future employees. You'll partner with internal stakeholders and external counsel to support business immigration cases, ensuring compliance while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and employees throughout their visa and green card journeys.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to support the process of business immigration for current and future employees.
• Outline the factors involved in visa cases for candidates and employees, coordinating with recruiters, managers, and candidates/employees to gather necessary information and documents.
• Track and follow up on SLAs, maintaining data integrity across our systems.
• Provide excellent white-glove service to internal clients, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate and employee experience with clear, kind, and responsive communication.
• Ensure domestic and international compliance from an employer perspective and oversee immigration accounts and proper documentation storage (E-Verify, MyUSCIS, Google Drive, etc.).
• Identify and collaborate on process improvement initiatives in our immigration processes, ensuring documentation and policies are up to date, accessible, and easy to understand for fellow Ants.

Requirements

• 3+ years of immigration experience.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in writing, to manage a large volume of email correspondence.
• Reliable and responsive, able to field time-sensitive and urgent questions and requests from employees and hiring managers.
• Organized and detail-oriented, managing time-sensitive and critical processes around immigration cases.
• Service-oriented mindset, treating internal teams as clients and providing an incredible service experience.
