ICT-Client & Collaboration Supporter - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated ICT-Client & Collaboration Supporter to join our team remotely. In this role, you will provide essential first-level support and assist in resolving incidents, ensuring a seamless IT experience for our clients. Your expertise will contribute to the optimization of existing IT solutions and the implementation of new ones.

What You'll Do

  • Provide first-level and on-site support, assisting in resolving incidents (2nd level).
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Mac clients using Intune.
  • Optimize existing IT solutions and implement new solutions, including analysis, testing, and documentation.
  • Support applications, manage Active Directory, and maintain technical documentation.
  • Perform system maintenance and provide instructions to employees.
  • Lead and participate in infrastructure projects.
  • Train end users on IT systems and solutions.
  • Support branch offices without local IT staff and maintain their IT infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in the IT environment, particularly in Service Desk (at least 3 years of professional experience).
  • Solid knowledge of Intune, Microsoft Power Apps, network technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and common ITSM tools (e.g., ITIL).
  • Experience with SCCM, PowerShell, and administration of Microsoft Teams and ServiceDesk Plus.
  • Experience in technical project management is a plus.
  • Ideally, Apple certification.
  • Knowledge of working with network printers and secure print solutions such as “uniFlow.”
  • Good command of German and English; additional languages such as French or Spanish are an advantage.
  • Structured, independent working style with strong customer and quality orientation.
  • Communicative and strong team player.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
