About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IAM Engineer to join our dynamic team in the high-frequency trading sector. This remote IAM Engineer position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a tech-focused market-maker that has achieved groundbreaking success in the industry. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders across the firm to optimize internal user processes, ensuring they are secure, efficient, and enhance the overall user experience.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, leveraging best practices and technologies.
  • Utilize the SailPoint IdentityNow platform to create custom workflows, connectors, and policies.
  • Drive multiple projects from inception through delivery, ensuring reliability and low-latency technology.
  • Set up Single-Sign-On (SSO) using protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and Kerberos.
  • Manage data-reliant systems critical to business security while solving ad-hoc technical problems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing IAM solutions.
  • Familiarity with at least one scripting language, such as PowerShell or Python.
  • Experience with cloud-based identity providers, preferably Okta.
  • Excellent communication skills to present information to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Self-starter with a drive to keep technology optimized for user requirements.

  • Experience in high-frequency trading environments.
  • Knowledge of compliance and risk management practices.
  • Understanding of advanced IAM principles and technologies.
