Hyperion EPM Systems Administrator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Hyperion EPM Systems Administrator to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion tools and a desire to expand their capabilities in project coordination and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the day-to-day administration of EPM platforms, including planning, consolidation, and data management tools within the Hyperion suite.
• Ensure system reliability by monitoring performance, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage user roles and access while maintaining compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Assist in supporting financial close cycles and ensure systems are functioning effectively during critical reporting periods.
• Investigate and resolve system-related issues impacting financial data accuracy and reporting timelines.
• Partner with finance and technology teams to gather requirements and enhance system capabilities.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of financial models, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Support initiatives aimed at automating manual processes and improving operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of relevant experience working with Hyperion EPM tools (such as Planning, HFM, or Essbase).
• Understanding of financial processes including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidations.
• Exposure to scripting or query tools (e.g., SQL, VBA, or similar) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with project coordination or participation in system-related initiatives.
