What You'll Do
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of automated solutions using OutSystems, Microsoft Power Apps, and other low-code tools.
- Support in troubleshooting activities by identifying issues in applications or workflows and performing tests to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements to existing solutions.
- Help create and maintain documentation such as user guides and technical notes.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and identify opportunities for process automation.
- Support in creating and maintaining BPMN 2.0 process models to capture requirements and define necessary data elements.
- Connect data sources to workflows under guidance, ensuring correct data integration and overall solution quality.
- Assist in deploying and scaling automated workflows across teams and business areas.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or studies in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Initial hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms, especially OutSystems and Microsoft Power Apps.
- Basic understanding of automation concepts such as workflows and app interfaces.
- Structured and solution-oriented working style with a willingness to learn.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- High attention to detail and quality.
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools like Power BI or interest in data visualization.
- Basic knowledge of modeling techniques (BPMN 2.0; CMMN/DMN).
- Curiosity about data technologies and automation tools (e.g., RPA, AI assistants).
