About the Role

Openly is hiring an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our innovative team. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our recruitment processes while working in a collaborative environment. As an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the candidate experience and supporting the growth of our diverse team.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all aspects of the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Own interview scheduling and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Source and identify candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Support onboarding initiatives for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Promote Openly’s values and mission to prospective candidates, helping to build a strong employer brand.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards and Talent Management teams to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Look for innovative ways to apply new technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Provide support in managing delicate and confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of focused full-cycle recruiting and/or corporate HR experience required.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle delicate and confidential information with discretion.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the insurance industry or a similar field.
  • Familiarity with remote work best practices.
  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies.
