Openly is hiring an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our innovative team. What You'll Do
- Manage all aspects of the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Own interview scheduling and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Source and identify candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Support onboarding initiatives for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
- Promote Openly’s values and mission to prospective candidates, helping to build a strong employer brand.
- Collaborate with Total Rewards and Talent Management teams to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Look for innovative ways to apply new technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Provide support in managing delicate and confidential information with discretion.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of focused full-cycle recruiting and/or corporate HR experience required.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle delicate and confidential information with discretion.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the insurance industry or a similar field.
- Familiarity with remote work best practices.
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies.
