About the Role

We are seeking a Systems Support Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team at Digital Insurance. As a Systems Support Specialist - Remote, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to our P&C Operations team, focusing on enhancing efficiency and ensuring operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Resolve Applied Epic support tickets with technical expertise.
• Maintain high service standards and professionalism in all interactions.
• Process suspense items in Applied Epic accurately to ensure data integrity.
• Assist with integration support and system configuration to optimize workflows.
• Coordinate meeting agendas and follow up on action items to ensure accountability.
• Support data review and cleanup during migration processes to enhance system performance.
• Manage user lifecycle tasks and maintain security groups for data protection.
• Support training initiatives for agency staff to improve system utilization.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements to streamline operations.
• Participate in cross-functional collaboration to foster teamwork and innovation.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience with Applied Epic and related systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain detailed processes and project plans.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Undergraduate degree preferred or relevant P&C experience.
• Active P&C license in home state preferred.
