About the Role

We're hiring a Channel Program Operations Lead to join our team at Pelco. This remote role focuses on optimizing our channel ecosystem, enhancing the user experience for partners and internal stakeholders. As a Channel Program Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in identifying operational gaps and implementing scalable solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

What You'll Do

• Lead the architecture and management of channel programs, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.
• Identify operational gaps and propose scalable solutions to enhance partner and stakeholder experiences.
• Ensure data integrity through hands-on data reconciliation and analysis.
• Translate leadership goals into operationally intuitive program structures that facilitate success.
• Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to ensure our tech stack supports our strategic vision.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track program health and performance metrics.
• Communicate complex process changes to leadership effectively and transparently.
• Build and earn trust with cross-functional partners through effective collaboration.
• Demonstrate a high commitment to deadlines and proactive problem-solving.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in channel operations or related fields.
• Proven track record of improving or scaling business processes.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with leadership.
• Experience in cross-functional influence and leadership roles.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM systems and data management tools.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Background in sales or marketing operations.
