Human Resources Intern - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic team at Telemedicine Clinic (TMC). This Human Resources Intern remote position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR while working with a leading teleradiology provider in Europe. As a part of our team, you will contribute to various HR functions and support our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services.

What You'll Do

• Manage data within the HRIS, ensuring data quality throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation and coordination of onboarding programs.
• Support the contract preparation process for new employees.
• Monitor and review onboarding documentation and absence management processes.
• Utilize the HR ticketing system for categorization and prioritization of tickets, preparing weekly dashboards.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting and statistics related to employee metrics.
• Collaborate effectively with supervisory staff, management, and co-workers to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Support the implementation of the Information Quality Management system and internal training coordination.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree with an interest in HR.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Advanced level of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and international team environment.
