Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
- Proven experience in talent management and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in coaching and developing leaders.
