HR Operations Specialist - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at enovetic. This HR Operations Specialist role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing significantly to our payroll and HR operations. You will be the key point of contact for our German and French-speaking clients, ensuring smooth operations in payroll and HR services.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding payroll and HR operations, providing expert advice and support.
- Manage the recording of working hours for temporary employees while adhering to applicable regulations.
- Process employee onboarding and offboarding, as well as family allowances and social insurance matters.
- Communicate effectively with authorities and external agencies regarding HR-related inquiries.
- Handle accident and illness notifications through our eAbsence portal.
- Review weekly employment contracts and personnel data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee salary payments and invoicing for clients, addressing any questions related to payroll and social insurance.
- Utilize your strong administrative skills to maintain structured and solution-oriented workflows.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training with a preference for further education as an HR Assistant or Payroll Specialist.
- Proven experience in payroll and HR operations.
- Excellent command of German and French; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally familiar with easytemp or similar HR software.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on numbers and structured work.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a service-oriented approach.
- Team-oriented personality with a proactive attitude.

- Technical aptitude for quickly learning new software.
