HR & Operations Associate - Remote Position

We are seeking an HR & Operations Associate (Part-Time, Remote) to join our innovative team at Wiraa. As an HR & Operations Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting our multi-state HR compliance and remote workforce management. What You'll Do

• Assist with multi-state compliance tracking and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support the organization and confidentiality of employee records.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and track checklists for new hires.
• Monitor state-specific employment law requirements and inform management accordingly.
• Contribute to policy and employee handbook updates.
• Maintain internal tracking spreadsheets and dashboards for operational oversight.
• Assist with contractor documentation, agreements, and compliance tracking.
• Support payroll and benefits administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements

• College degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Business, HR, Operations, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of HR experience within a multi-state organization.
• Familiarity with Gusto HR/Payroll platform.
• Knowledge of time-tracking programs such as Harvest.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with remote workforce management.
