HR Manager Payroll - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager Payroll to join our team at Peepz. This HR Manager Payroll remote position is vital as you will be responsible for overseeing our entire payroll area while being an integral part of our HR team. You will not just handle payroll but will be the central point for everything related to salaries, contracts, and HR processes.

What You'll Do

• Independently conduct monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with legal, organizational, and human standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding salary, taxes, and social security inquiries.
• Maintain and manage employee master data effectively.
• Create contracts, certificates, and HR documents as needed.
• Communicate with health insurance providers, authorities, and external service providers.
• Support HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and reporting.
• Contribute to the optimization and digitalization of payroll and HR processes.
• Enjoy a responsible role with ample room for creativity and flexibility.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on Human Resources.
• Experience in payroll management.
• Solid knowledge of wage tax and social security law.
• Proficient in HR systems such as Personio or DATEV.
• Structured, reliable, and discreet working style.
