What You'll Do

  • Manage and oversee leave of absence requests, ensuring compliance with FMLA and ADA regulations.
  • Coordinate accommodation requests and collaborate with employees and management to identify suitable solutions.
  • Utilize HRIS and Workday systems for data entry, reporting, and analysis of leave trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding their leave options and accommodations.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to identify patterns and areas for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR and operations teams to enhance leave administration processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to leave and accommodation requests.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives to improve team capabilities.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in HR, specifically in leave administration and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data collection and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Experience in a SaaS or cloud environment.
