HR Generalist - Remote Opportunity at Xometry

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Xometry, a leading digital marketplace connecting innovative ideas with manufacturing capabilities. This HR Generalist role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while ensuring the efficient execution of HR operations across our European offices.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee inquiries and requests related to employment and HR administration.
• Maintain high data integrity across HR systems and manage comprehensive employee records.
• Draft and process official contractual documents for employees, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Develop and optimize HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Collaborate with payroll specialists to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws and provide guidance to employees and HR colleagues.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a French and/or German organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and payroll practices in the European markets.
• Fluent in German and English, with native or bilingual proficiency.

Nice to Have

• Experience in additional European markets such as the UK and Poland.
• Familiarity with HR software and ticketing systems like Jira.
