About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. What You'll Do
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.

- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR operations.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the insurance industry or related fields.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Familiarity with employee engagement strategies.
