About the Role

We are looking for a Regional Institutional Manager to join Anchorage Digital, a leading crypto platform that enables institutions to participate in digital assets. This remote position is crucial for driving the growth and future success of our company by developing high-value financial institution client relationships. As a Regional Institutional Manager, you will be responsible for monetizing our products and services while generating new revenue opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Develop account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Originate and close a pipeline of opportunities, focusing on stablecoins and cross-selling Anchorage Digital's services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of treasury clients, understanding their strategic priorities and pain points.
• Collaborate with various departments to effectively close deals and enhance client experience.
• Participate in industry events as a brand ambassador for Anchorage Digital.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B institutional sales or relationship management within financial services or digital assets.
• Strong technical knowledge and passion for stablecoins and banking.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Proven track record of closing deals and hitting sales targets.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive the entire lifecycle of a deal.
