About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Operations - Derivatives remote to join Binance, the leading global blockchain ecosystem behind the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange. What You'll Do

• Act as the expert for operations and marketing teams, developing comprehensive launch plans that include user education materials and promotional campaigns to ensure successful product adoption.
• Leverage data to identify growth opportunities and optimize product performance, ensuring our derivative products are competitive and operate within acceptable risk parameters.
• Translate user needs into detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and collaborate with our product team.
• Serve as the key interface between Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Quant, Risk, and Customer Service to deliver a world-class user experience.
• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for derivatives products, conducting in-depth research on crypto market trends and competitor movements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product operations, preferably in derivative products such as perpetual contracts, copy trading, and trading bots.
• Experience with cryptocurrencies, traditional exchanges, structured products, and derivatives is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in designing or leading successful products from inception to launch in the crypto or fintech space.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel to drive data-driven decisions.
• Outstanding communication and project management skills.

Nice to Have

• Active user of cryptocurrencies with a deep understanding of DeFi and blockchain protocols.
• Background in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
