About the Role

We are excited to offer an HR Generalist Internship with a pathway to a full-time role. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources while supporting the implementation and execution of People & Culture processes. As an HR Generalist Intern, you will play a crucial role in shaping our HR strategies and practices.

What You'll Do

  • Support the implementation and improvement of operational HR processes based on current and future business needs.
  • Assist in accurate reporting of essential HR KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with external partners and internal departments to streamline HR operations.
  • Engage in employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and offboarding.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and local management on HR-related topics.
  • Participate in local and international HR projects or expert circles.
  • Support compliance with company standards and local legal requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous learning and development as part of the WAYS Career Path Program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a comparable field.
  • Graduating undergraduate or graduate student strongly preferred.
  • Previous internships or part-time experience in HR or related disciplines is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exposure to HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills; Spanish language skills preferred.
  • Ability to act as both a company representative and an employee advocate.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Willingness and commitment to learn Spanish.
  • Experience in payroll processes.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
