HR Business Partner - Remote Opportunity with Anthropic

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional HR Business Partner to join our team at Anthropic. This HR Business Partner remote position will play a crucial role in supporting our rapidly growing teams across EMEA. As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with various departments, including People Infrastructure, Benefits, Compensation, and Recruiting, to ensure our human resources strategy aligns with our mission to create reliable and interpretable AI systems.

What You'll Do

• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders in EMEA on all HR-related topics, guiding our human resources strategy as we scale.
• Support employees and managers throughout their lifecycle at Anthropic, partnering with other People team experts.
• Work closely with management to foster a culture of high performance based on our values, ensuring performance management and employee relations issues are handled according to local law.
• In collaboration with specialist teams, build and implement scalable programs and policies to attract and retain outstanding talent.
• Partner with our people infrastructure, legal, and compliance teams to ensure the right infrastructure is in place and operating effectively in our UK and Ireland offices.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Employee Relations.
• Experience operating in a global company with fluency in EMEA-specific HR and employment policies.
• Prior experience in a tech company or fast-paced environment.
• Strong working knowledge of human-resource-related best practices.
• Ability to implement HR strategies in a culturally appropriate manner.
