What You'll Do

• Support HRBPs in day-to-day HR activities, including documentation, data updates, reports, and exit interviews.
• Provide support to managers and employees on HR tools and processes.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for HRBP initiatives, including manager communications and leadership-ready summaries.
• Engage in various HR projects to enhance your learning and practical experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth HR operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Intermediate English knowledge; knowledge of Hungarian is required.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and experience with HR software or platforms is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and follow-through.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work 20 hours per week.
