  • Assist leadership with research and documentation for business opportunities and internal initiatives.
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as needed to support a growing small business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations or executive administration.
  • Hands-on experience with HR or people operations, including onboarding and employee lifecycle support.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and compliance requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in business operations and team coordination.
