What You'll Do
- Support internal business operations by coordinating workflows, maintaining documentation, and implementing process improvements.
- Execute and support recruiting and HR operations, including managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate internal projects and team initiatives by tracking timelines and deliverables.
- Provide executive and administrative support, managing calendars and coordinating meetings.
- Assist leadership with research and documentation for business opportunities and internal initiatives.
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as needed to support a growing small business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business operations or executive administration.
- Hands-on experience with HR or people operations, including onboarding and employee lifecycle support.
- Familiarity with HR systems and compliance requirements.
- Strong proficiency in business operations and team coordination.
