About the Role

We are seeking a Hotel Management Assistant - Remote Opportunity to join our leadership team at EHO Group. This role offers a unique chance to work closely with the hotel director at Dos Playas - 30º hotels in Puerto de Mazarrón, Spain. As a Hotel Management Assistant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing operations and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Assist in directing and controlling the operational staff, continuously monitoring team performance alongside the hotel director.
• Lead the operational supervision of all hotel departments, optimizing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor departmental results to ensure profitability and maximize revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the hotel director to ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and standards.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and investment within the hotel.
• Provide support to hotel departments as needed, ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements

• Experience in hotel management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in operational oversight and process optimization.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
